So I'm looking at an ad for the Bluetti EP3A which states that it has a 268 Wh LiFePO4 battery and 600 w inverter for under $300.
I just purchased a BB 100 Wh battery for my DIY system that cost almost 3 times that price.

Trying to understand what the difference is.

Thanks
Steve

268 Watt Hours is a small battery. I expect you purchased a 100 Amp Hour, not 100 Watt Hour battery (for 3 times the price).

You're so right. I skimmed right over the Wh Ah thing.
Am I correct in thinking that the 268 Wh battery is a 22 Ah battery? W/V=A

The formula is correct. Not sure what the battery voltage is, inside the unit. Convert your 100 amp hour battery to watt hours for a better compare, unless the EP3A unit states its battery voltage.
