BMS is giving OCP warning

Hello, one of my LITime 24V batteries just gave a warning that it is in Over charge protection mode. I have 3 of these batteries in parallel. They were installed 3 weeks ago and have been working great. I have two victron MPPT controllers which are both in float currently. The battery in OCP has a voltage of 27.5. The other two are 27.4 and 27.3. Not sure if I should be worried or if I need to do anything? I reached out to LITime, but being a weekend they will probably not respond.

A bit more info and questions. I have absorption set at 28.8, float is 27.6 (per litime recommendation). After doing some research, it appears I am out of balance and need to balance? Also, I need to lower my absorption setting and slowly raise it up? Does lowering it to 28.1 sound about right? Do I need to change my float?
