I unhooked my 8 cells to install some insulating sheets between them and after I hooked the BMS back up, it now shows 0% charge. I can draw power fine. It’s connected to an inverter and I am easily drawing 3,000 watts for an hour without issue but no change to charge percentage. Any idea on how to correct ? Picture attached.

I unhooked all the leads to each cell. Basically I fully disassembled and reassembled. The BMS is reading each cell voltage fine, the total voltage and is calculating output and input wattage correctly. So it’s odd. I will re-check my work tomorrow as well and take some more photos.

Did you unplug the balance leads from the BMS before disconnecting at the cells?

It should have defaulted to a SOC based on cell voltages .... then track current after a full charge cycle.

Just out of curiosity .... maybe try changing one of the parameters.

It should restart the SOC based on cell voltages when you do that.
