Bottom Balancing

So I'm still pretty new to this and a bit confused. I watched all of Wills videos. So I've discharged my 24V system down to 10% SOC and my batterys are all within 0.05V of each other. Do I still need to bottom balance them because in Wills videos he said it should be fine if they're within that range. But I believe he also said the blue bottom balancer only works when it's within 0.05V of each other. Any advice is appriciated
