Brand new Grade A cells a bit high on Internal Resistance

These are NINTHCIT Grade A New 120Ah 3.2v cells

Never been charged or discharged, just got them.
Voltage on each cell was 3.300v for each of the 4 cells. No variations

DataSheet - Internal impedance:0.2~0.3mΩ

Im getting nearly 10 times the specs on IR.....

Cell 1 - 16 milliohm
Cell 2 - 17 milliohm
Cell 3 - 20 milliohm
Cell 4 - 14 milliohm

That said.....it is possible my SM8134A tester is giving erroneous readings so I intend to do a manual (the hard way) IR test next

Any thoughts on this? Will cycling them lower the IR ?

They were fine.
It was the SM8124A
