I have 2x 100Ah 12V in series for a 24v setup and have plugged into my Epever UP3000 AIO.
The batteries are being charged in boost mode via the mains, which defaults to 14.4V (28.8V for my setup)
I am however hearing faint bubbling / fizzing noises from both batteries when in this boost charge.
The spec sheet of the cells says 13.8-14.4V for the Cycle (Max 30A), and I have capped the current to 30A, and 14.4V is within spec albeit just.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal, or if I should be reducing the 14.4V down to something lower. By default I cannot change it unless I select Manual from AGM in the settings.
Note: there is nothing escaping from the cells as they are sealed AGM
