Building a Milk Crate DIY instead of Bluetti AC200p

Hi all, totally new both to here and the solar/battery space. I'm pretty good with DIY electronics though and basically I want to try for a milk crate build that has essentially all of the features of the Bluetti AC200p. I like that product, but I don't like that it's un-modifiable and whatnot. My main question was really what additional parts do I need to make that happen. Is it basically going to be the components from the "DIY LiFePO4 Version of the EB240 Solar Generator" build video with a few more outputs or will I be looking at changes to the all-in-one / BMS components? Also, if it is just more outputs (usb c, 12v car adapter, etc) and whatnot, I'd love suggestions in that realm. Thanks!
