I HAVE:

PANELS:
18 250 WATT PV PANELS 37.6 V SS250P-60
Open Circuit Voltage 37.6V
Voltage at Pmax30.3
Short Circuit Current (A) 8.85
Maximum system voltage 600
Fuse rating 15A

BATTERIES:
CELLS 400 SPIM08HP 4.2 V
Nominal voltage 3.7
Maximum charge 120A
Continuous discharge 200A
Pulse discharge 400A
Cut off 2.5V

MAGNUM 4448PAE 120-240 V 4400 Watt inverter charger
ME ARTR ADVANCED REMOTE PANEL
Midnite classic 150 one on motor-home and one on trailer

I need smart bms with Bluetooth to IPHONE
I hope to do 12v batteries 4s12v in series for 48v i am leaning towards 4 packs of 10 cells in 4s12v per battery and series 4 batteries together of 80AH = 320 AH ON TRAILER SYSTEM

I will install 15-18 250 watt solar panels ON A 27' trailer with slide out mechanism.
on the motor-home I have 660 watts of solar with a Midnite classic 150
I plan on using 320 cells for 48v trailer system and 160-320 cells on the motor-home separate Systems

I appreciate any input to choose the best option available.
There are battery shunts, combiner boxes solar surge protectors and other parts that are not listed

4500W of panels

Overkillsolar makes 4S and 8S BMS. They're spendy, but they're great. Not sure how bluetooth would work with 4X BMS.

4 pack of 10 cells? 10 cells doesn't make sense. You need multiples of 4 cells in a 12V battery.

"I plan on using 320 cells for 48v trailer system and 160-320 cells on the motor-home separate System"

Huh?

Welcome to the forum!

That cutoff looks low.
I don't know if you can put Daly BMSs in series, never seen anyone try.
This is the closest I could find https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32921440657.html
It doesn't mention bluetooth.
They have a 3s bms that supports bluetooth.
What is your application?

The orthodox solution is make a 48 volt lifepo4 battery(s).
Not quite as orthodox is a 48 volts "vent with fire" battery(s) setup.
Putting 4x 4s batteries in series is as weird as a Kool Aid sandwich with Grey Poupon mustard.
