Burn solar produced HHO underwater

Once again I never seem to think of anything first !

With both hydrogen and oxygen in one hose, I'd be concerned about combustion traveling back from the tip into hose.
Maybe the long skinny metal tube takes out the heat, keeping the flame back?

My Oxy-acetylene torch (which was for hydrogen and oxygen by previous owner), keeps the gasses separate through the handle, then mixes in the tip. I guess that doesn't burn inside the tip, only at the exit.

I've lit a flame spraying from a can, and no problem. Maybe the can this kid used had mixture of air and hydrocarbon propellant?

What's HHO?

Brown gas , cracking the hydrogen from water with electricity

It works well , great for a blow torch

There was a snake oil story that you could produce HHO with electricity from your car alternator & feed it into your engine as fuel , apparently it can take you above unity (bullsh*t...)

I liked the idea because I would imagine all the heat from the combustion would be absorbed by the water. As the flame itself becomes hot water.
