So another thought on this. I can get those flexible bars to maybe be acceptable. I only have a couple points where they are underrated, and I might be able to address that.
So then the next question is how to tap into these cells for 400A? If I build the bars myself, I can take a nice spot in a bar, and set in a 3/8 bolt to land a 4/0 lug on. But these, I'm stuck with 6mm on those two-hole EVE terminals. With flexible bus bars, I can't drill/tap them in the mid-section. I could possibly (not liking it) drill between the two holes, and set a bolt and lug there. Or maybe those two-hole "long" lugs, and re-drill to accommodate the EVE terminals? Or maybe even make my own lug -- a section of heavy wall copper tube, flatten and drill the end, and crimp on the cable (I really am not liking that idea, but just spitballing ideas). Or perhaps, a 1.5" square chunk of copper, with two holes for the EVE terminals and off to the side a 3/8" bolt, and then mount it on top of the bus bar with the same mounting bolts?
