Next time you need a copper bus bar, go to Lowes/Home Depot/Menards and get 5 FEET for about $7.

Type L is thicker than N or M.

Cut+Smush+Drill = Bussbar. Add some heatshrink in the middle to get fancy, or use a garden hose to hide the copper.

No, it's not tinned, but it's still copper!
Don't over think this stuff and pay for bus bars at 100x what it costs to just make them.

Maybe add info on determining Amp capacity for a DIY L copper busbar for one's, 12-24-48 volt system, inverter and battery capacities?

A link to a reference or a formula or a calculator to capacity based on length x width x thickness and ?, which could be helpful and safer to newbies than just saying "...Don't over think this stuff...."

Or maybe I'm over thinking it?

Use these, suspend them in mid air by drilling your lugs onto them. You would have the coolest bus bar around!
