I have One Solar 48v 100ah NMC Battery (BYD).
its connected in parralel with recommended charge at 0.2c. Found out its 13s

My concern is, would be better to charge it up to 100% or just 90-95% like LiFePo4?

And are nmc really that combustible?

This is connected to my Deye 5KW hybrid inverter with 6300 watts of panel.

Nmc usually has less charge cycles in its lifespan than lifepo4, so yes charge to about 90% capacity to help extend life, speaking to its saftey nothing is safe when abused or used outside of its working parameters.

Any updates? Have you found any other answers to your questions? You're further along than me, but I have some of the same questions, especially regarding safety.
