CALB CA180 24v pack

Hey guys so I'm doing my first diy 24v battery build with 8 CALB 180ah cells from batteryhookup.
Top balancing cells with my ISDT charger also gives me an IR spec. The calb cell specifications is > 0.7Mohms. My charger is giving me readings of 0.7-1.1Mohms on all cells.
I'm not sure how accurate these readings are but I know these cells have been sitting a few years in storage. I have one cell that's concerning it seems to be self discharging at a faster rate than the others, oddly it has an IR of 0.9.
What IR spec should be concerning?
Has anyone else bought any of these CALB cells from batteryhookup?

Have no experience with those Calb cells but if you finish all your top balancing and get the pack running and that cell proves problematic I'm pretty sure if you let Batteryhookup know your having problems they will make you whole with another cell. Keep all your testing numbers handy to show the situation.
I've dealt with them had a small issue with a BMS and received a replacement promptly with a smile. Good people.

Those cells should make a very nice 24v pack with no separator material needed.
