Just fired up, I have 78 volts going in, and it does give the green light that says charging. Displays Volts but 0.00 watts going in to charge my bank. What am I missing?

do you have a photo?
we can only guess.
current wont flow if it has nowhere to go. (battery is full or if there is no load)

did you try using a clamp meter ?

Update: Hired a licensed Solar contractor to come and check my set up. Everything was over engineered so I could expand with the future and he gave the stamp of approval. We went over all settings. Still getting volts at 80 but no watts coming in to charge battery bank that I depleted for the testing phase. He concluded that I had a faulty unit.
So I got with Molly over at Calpha and she basically said we don't have any machines in stock and even if they did, I might run into the same issue? So she threw this situation over to service@szshuori.com which is srne. She said they could remotely fix it and that I wouldn't need a replacement of the machine and I would be happy.
Wtf? It's now been 3 days and srne has not responded.
I already asked Calpha for a refund and now they ghosted me.

Put a clamp meter on the line and check current.
You can have voltage with negligible current.
What's the specs for the MPPT on that one? 78V seems low, can you add another panel in series?
