Can 2 inverter with different KW be paralleled?

I do not know about Deye, but all the inverters that I have looked at that allow this require identical units. Some even require identical firmware on the units. However, I have not looked at everything out there so there could be exceptions.
Having said that, I would be very surprised if it would work safely with Deye. I would not even try it without an explicit statement from Deye that they support it.

are two deye 5kw inverter(120A charge each) enough to charge 60000kw lifepo4 battery? daily from 20% to 100%?

To answer your question, I'll assume a 48V system.
I will also assume you mean 60000Wh (really, really big) and not 60000KWh (Grid scale)
2 x 120 = 240A.
If we assume an average voltage of 53.6V, then a 60,000Wh battery would have 60,000Wh/53.6V=1119Ah
To charge a 1119Ah battery from empty to full with 240A will take 1119Ah/240A=4.664 hours
What are you building the system for? The numbers are huge.
