Can I run a grounding wire 150ft from PV array to inverters?

I'm not a specialist, so excuse my question.
Let's say the Panels are far from the inverter 100m and at some point (weather, temperature .. i dunno) the electric potential of the ground is far different under the inverter that it is under the panels (even if it's for a small amount of time .. a lightning strike)... if there is only one rod under the inverter.. and the metal parts of the panels are connected to this ground rod. Would that mean that touching the panels would be dangerous cause the potential delta is high ? Dunno if i'm clear ... :D
Or does this simply never happend ..?
The gradient pulse is more of a Hazzard to electronics. The actual lighting is not traveling on this path. I think of it as similar to a magnetic Shockwave radiating from the point of the strike.

I've checked the code in France, if there is a house and let's say a shed pretty far from the house, there is 2 solutions :

1 - 2 ground poles : They should not be connected together and an electric device that is connected to the electric panel of the house SHOULD NOT be in the vicinity of an other device that would be connected to the shed electrical panel.
2 - 1 pole : Shed got to be connected to the house ground pole with a wire.

For what i understand USA codes and French codes are pretty similar regarding this particular subject.

In the US, it would depend on if the house and shed have their own utility service. Or if one service on the house feeds the shed.
What you describe sounds like two separate services.

Yes case 1, Shed and House got their own utility, they give an example, a lamp in the shed can't be connected to the house utility.

What about older homes where the house electric is grounded to the incoming water line?

How might one tie into this?

Water pipe ground is fine, I would add a new pair of ground rods as close to the panel as possible, minimum of 6'apart.
