Hi Folks,

I'm trying to connect my 2 parallel wired batteries today.

Can I connect my 45Amp LiFePO4 Progressive Dynamics Converter / Charger to a 12 volt fuse panel first, then to one of the batteries? The charger/converter has under and over current protection, so I'm wondering if I also must add a fuse? I have it wired direct to the battery now.

I would also like to add a hall effect monitor between the two so I can see what's going into the battery bank and it needs a + & - connection that I would take from the fuse panel.

Coming off the opposite 2 battery terminals I have a 4 inch 1/0 + wire to a 150 amp breaker before going into my inverter, along with the negative wire going direct into the inverter. I also want to add another hall effect charge/discharge monitor on that side. Can I wire that to my fuse panel also? Appreciate as always any light you can beam my way :)
