Can someone explain this set up? Total newb

I received a few of these boxes with similar set ups and I have no idea what they do. What is the value of these when together as I can search the individual parts but was curious if it would be better to keep together. I am trying to sell these things as I have no real purpose for them
Are they outdated to the extreme?
What is this whole box set called?
What is its purpose? And where might I go about selling several of these besides ebay/amazon/craigslist.

How did you happen to get them? Where did they come from? Is the previous owner available for questions?
What do you know about them?
Were they used for something to do with solar?

Doesn't look to have anything to do with solar, other than possibly using solar to power it though I don't see any batteries. Looks like a way to bring a network to a remote location using those cellular boxes that are inside (verizon and cradlepoint). I'd part it out, looks custom made for a specific job.

I can see a cradlepoint LTE modem in the picture. That's for dedicated internet using a phone sim. There's also a power supply and what looks to be an access point.

So, it looks like a portable internet hotspot.

Do the batteries have any voltage in them?
I think the case would be useful as a combiner box.
The gizmos inside are likely outdated.
Where are you? You could send me one of the boxes, and I could check each part out and let you know what they could be used for.
How large are the stands? What are they made of? Likely mounts for an 80W solar panel for remote charging.
Get one out on a sheet of plywood for size comparison, maybe have a yard stick it’s it for sizing.

Looks like some din breakers, and a power supply... and an enclosure. I doubt the cellular stuff has any use.
