Got it !!

I had to change the can-bus profile to 500 kbit/s

The battery is now set as the controlling BMS and I think I'm done right ?

I think I have everything in the correct ports but I do not see the BMS on the portal

To confirm I am using a type B Victron cable between the BMS & Cerbo (is it possible it's the wrong way round ???)

I forgot the MK2 has 2X VE.CAN ports instead of 1 VE.CAN and 1 BMS-CAN

From the device list:

Settings > Services > VE.Can 1 port > CAN-bus profile > CAN-bus BMS LV (500 kbit/s)

Note that I just have a CCGX with only ONE VE.Can port, so I'm guessing at the "VE.Can 1 port" menu option.

Direction does matter on those cables if I'm not mistaken.

Not that I know of. You just need a terminator in the other.
