Can you have too much solar power for your battery?

To clarify.
Over charging = going above 3.56v per cell, or more than 0.2c rate of charge.
Over discharge = going below 2.5v per cell, or more than 0.2c rate of discharge.
I'll put a photo below of the numbers that I'm getting. You said that over 3.56 volts per cell is an overcharge. Am I in danger here? If so, what can I do about it?Screenshot_20250416_151721_xiaoxiang.jpg

So, I'm good. Yeah?
You are good however I bulk charge my large shop bank to 56.4V at the inverter, with a little voltage drop thru the cables, it comes in around 56.2V at the batteries.

I shoot for 3.5V per cell bulk, and float around 3.45V to 3.50V. The length of time spent in float determines whether full SOC is hit on a regular basis and whether balancing can occur. Charging over 3.60V and floating at that level for long periods can have effect on cell cycle count long term. I prefer just slightly lower float voltage with a longer float time frame. If the weather is sunny for long periods and full SOC is hit earlier in the day, a lower float voltage would be desired.

So far, I think I've been on this forum for a month or two or something. Anyway, everybody here has been very helpful to me and didn't try to treat me like I was an idiot just because I'm ignorant to solar. There was a time that I was ignorant to hot rodding and beer brewing and everything else that no one is born knowing anything about let alone everything about. If it wasn't for guys on those forums helping me and me in turn helping people who ask questions on those forums, none of us would ever learn anything. There's nothing wrong with asking a question and I hate it when somebody discourages other people from asking because they want to be pompous.
At work I ask co-workers to check my work, and sometimes when it is a long day I ask for another set of eyes to make sure I did not make dumb move or over look some obvious thing. Is usually the most simple of things that we mistake. I ask dumb questions so I do not make dumb errors.
Same on the forum. Sometimes I get stumped on the most basic thing bc Im tired or just brain fried and the forum is a good way to get another set of eyes checking things out.
There is always the wise guy on any forum that will say go google it, like any intelligent person actually uses google as search engine, or on a car repair forum will say if you have to ask you better not be working on car yourself. One guy would ruin every post and say, take it to a mechanic, every post. moron. No morons here thankfully, but some comments just are posted without any thought into it. Internet is full of dumb comments.
I see some post on here and think, Im not even touching that one, lol. Some I will help even though it has been asked 100 times on forum and the guy asking does not know how to search and read those 100 post answering his exact question. Post link to the 100 other post for that guy I guess
