Hi everyone
I recently purchased equipment from SolarEdge Ltd. and the company assured me that I will receive a 25-year warranty on their inventory and inverters. After some time, from Company SolarEdge Ltd. arrived the controller and they started the procedure for cancell the warranty on the basis of non-transparent rules for me. Have you ever seen similar problem before in the discussion forum or the real lifie ?
