Does somebody know this Coulomb Meter. How can I set it up to 200Ah. This is my current SOC.

My cells are fully charged and this meter measures in both directions.

In your settings, is the battery size set to 200ah?
When i initially setup mine (some time ago), the battery capacity, battery voltage and stuff like that are necessary.
