I'm building a 24v 200ah pack for my wheelchair (no bms) I'm using a iCharger4010 duo for charging. I'm looking for a easy way to test capacity can anyone recommend a tester that doesn't cost alot or take a long time to test. The cells are rated 1c

I'm also looking for a 8s discharger for my iCharger4010 duo so I can discharge the 24v 200ah pack for winter storage or accidental overcharge
I could use the discharger for testing capacity also

If you are intending to continue using your battery without a BMS, you will become the BMS and will need to be VERY attentive and lucky to keep from ruining any cells (or all of them).

I think capacity testing is mostly a waste of time. With a smart BMS (with bluetooth) you will quickly learn your capacity AND you won't need a discharger to handle an accidental overcharge. Discharging for storage is not really something you should worry about as its pretty darn easy to burn off a little from the batteries the easy way.
