Seen the prices drop on the eve304 at 18650 and was considering placing an order ... but now it says out of stock. It's been hit or miss with them so no problem doing business somewhere else.

The MB30 is supposed to perform as well, and even has a longer cycle life. Issue is, isn't always available like the MB31 seems to be.

Actually you can, Federal Income Tax Law only applies to the District of Colombia, its in 26 US Code 7701.
And Federal employees and contractors doing business with the Federal government.
His location says Wisconsin, no tax on solar there.

I personally saw one of these NY plated Chevy vans stop by my local liquor store, guy had a dolly he knew what he was doing was in and out in the same time it took me to buy a couple bottles. The state loves the revenue almost as much as the state run lottery.

prices seem be to fair but not as cheap as direct form China seller, but if you need a ton of cells could be an option.

Interesting I bet my 2 pallets of 280K v3 are on that container, as they just sent me a tracking number. Funny thing is I ordered from the international warehouse so maybe what they are doing is getting enough orders from overseas and then getting a container in and shipping them out a few orders at time! So its not really coming to you directly from over seas!

I think so too, he said half of his container was already sold in that video so sfk probably sees when enough pallet orders are in que he ships them out in 1 big order and then sends out the pallet orders to individual buyers.
When he said his next resupply order isn’t until September, sounds like he wants to keep demand outpacing his stock which make sense knowing the price fluctuations of cells. Low chance he’d be sitting on inventory that’s priced out.
... but income tax is not sales tax?
