Hi all

I have 8 x CATL 320ah cells on a 2P4S setup and I one of the cell pairs is giving me a headache.

This is the pair of cells that act as positive anode, and somehow, the temperature is always 2 degrees warmer than the rest (e.g. cells 1, 2 & 3 are at 28 Centigrade, and cell for at 30 centigrade). then, when I turn the charger or, the temperature of cell 4 spikes within minutes, if I dont stop the charger, it will easily go over 40 centigrade

I have removed the BMS terminals and cleaned it, yet, the issue persists (attaching a photo of my setup and a reading example

any ideas / suggestions please?

Regards
Andres

Hi there
actually, that is a good point, I might replace the battery wires connected to that cell to ensure that it is all good

I have checked for loose connections, but everything seems to be OK

Cheers
