Chargery BMS16 white screen

Just installed the BMS16 on my 14S leaf pack. Connected just the 'balance' leads and powered it up through battery pack power. Showed all my cell voltages. Went into setup and changed the first parameter (overvoltage protection) and the screen went completely white. It still seems to be working as i can press the stop button to turn off the display. Connected the bms to an external power supply and the same thing, just a white screen. Anyone experienced this? Is there any way to do a hard reset on the unit? Already sent an email to chargery, but figured i'd try here too
