So i have been digging around how to hookup my system together, seems that using Gasoline / LPG Generators that does not have inverters inside (cheap one) hooked up to Deye Inverters is really bad idea because of bad quality of power they produce.
Since i am in difficult geographical position to get power from Solar in Winter time and i am still waiting for grid i need to use Generator. Since i dont want to use Deye generator port cuz of differences of phases, generator has one phase and because of above,. i am thinking to hookup Chargeverter right after JK BMS.
Is it good idea to use Chargeverter in this situation ?, i have heard that 70% of broken Inverters is because of using of bad quality generators, so seems that solution will protect inverter from that. Right ?
So my system contains:
48v 314AH 16 EVA battery cells with JK BMS 200A
Deye 12kW SUN-12K-SG04LP3-EU
Solar panels (not yet chosen)
LPG Generator K&S Könner&Söhnen 4000-4500 watts got only AVR
But if that solution will be ok, what about communication of Chargeverter with JKBms ?, or communication of Deye with JKBms ?
I can connect Deye communication with JKBms to setup things better, but i think it is not possible to chookup communication Chargeverter to JKBms as communication only work with EG4 Batteries pack (and they write in the manual that they dont alow that batteries are controled from inverter), will Chargeverter charge properly Lifepo4 battery without communication with battery pack ?
Also, what if Chargeverter and Deye Inverter will output charging at same time, do i have to have some kind of cut-off system, to charge only from one source, will Deye Inverter broke if chargeverter will charge batteries at 48V 100A ?, do i have to make any protections.
In my campervan i can run Victron charger AC220 40A and charge Batteries from MPPT at same time. Just thinking loudly if there is anything i need to protect Deye Inverter or anything else in the system in such configuration.
I am also thinking about starting of a generator from Inverter Deye, is it possible to start generator from Deye not using Generator port ?, i have seen that it has possibility to start generator. I would think about such logic, when battery pack goes lower than, Deye will change state from 0 to 1 for few second and then i will connect that line cable to key socket in generator to switch it online, generator does not have other connection port to start it different way. Wonder if this would work,. Or meaby better is to start generator from Chargeverter, but i have not seen manual yet if that is possible from Chargeverter.
The only last problem is to move choking lever in generator after it starts :D
By the way, I think LPG Generators is good idea to make power a bit cheaper than gasoline, LPG is cheaper 2 times less than gasoline.
