I bought one of these off of eBay, and I think it is doa. Looks pretty simple. I even read the destructions. Turned the knobs all the way counter clockwise, plugged in the power cord, then attached the + and - leads to the battery that I want to test, and nothing. No beep, no screen, the fan doesn't move. Did I get a bad one, or am I missing something.
