Cheap Oscilloscopes

I don't need an oscilloscope very often, but when I do need one it there is nothing else that can do the job. Consequently, I am considering acquiring one.

* The need is often to compare two signals, so a two-channel scope would be a must for me.
* The need is almost always for low-frequency signals so I don't need a high-frequency scope.

I am watching craigslist and ebay for a good one, but does anyone have experience with the cheap Chinees scopes?

If they work reasonably well and don't break down after a couple uses they would probably meet my need.

I would be OK with the Laptop as the display. (If I thought I would be using it a lot I would want a dedicated display.... but I don't think that would be the case)

I have an old Tektronix 465B that's built like a tank and I see there are still lots of them available on ebay for $150-200 bucks.

Ebay:
Look for a Digilent Analog Discovery, it is all the HW for a dual trace scope, uses your PC for output.
Plan "B", look for a Tektronix TBS scope.
I have a Tek TBS1052, small, light, works great.
(Also have a 465B, but it is a monster)
