Cold rated battery with deferent chemistry?

I remember Will was testing batteries and BMS's for cold charge protection and he encountered a battery that continued to accept a charge which he thought was an error until after talking to the manufacture about it having new chemistry.

I can't seem to find that video and who the vendor is?
