Combination of Fronius with BYD Battery and Victron MultiplusII

Hi all,
I have the following question.
I want to combine an existing Net Metering system comprised of:
1. 12 X Sharp 410wp panels in single string
2. Fronius GEN24 Single phase 5.0KW
3. BYD HVM 11.04kwh
4. I don't have a full back up. When the grid goes off the Fronius PV point is activated and can deliver up to 3kW.

Because I am putting too much energy back in the grid I want to combine the above with:
1. 3 X Sharp 580wp
2. Victron Multiplus II 8KVA or 10KVA
3. 12.4kwh or 15kwh battery bank comprised of one or multiple modules to reach to the desired kwh's
4. Victron Smartcharger 250/60 or equivalent as per the Contractors suggestion.

The question I have is the following:
Do I need a Quattro or can I use Multiplus II with manual transfer switch, to switch from primary input to the PV point in case the grid goes off?
If indeed I can use a transfer switch then can I further limit the power demand serviced from the Victron while on PV Point?
Then when Grid is down:
1. I will manually switch the Victron AC to the Fronius PV Point
2. At the same time a clamp Sensor will tell Victron that the Grid is down and therefore must limit the power demand in the AC input to 10Amps AC.
3. When Grid is back on the Sensor will report it to Victron.
4. Victron will delay 10 minutes before allowing the demand to return to 50amps which is the normal situation.

Alternatively I will have to use a Quattro (with one AC in to the Grid and one AC In to the PV Point) which in Greece has a significant price difference to a Multiplus II of the same capacity

Thank you all in advance.
