Quick question. Is there any downside to having two 272 ah packs (4s cells) and combining with two 280AH (4s cells) packs in a parallel configuration? The voltages and charge charactoristics are identical of these cells. Just the capacity is different.
Except that went all over the place discussing disparate cells within packs. You can parallel connect two complete but differently sized batteries. They will keep the overall voltage equal and current share between them, with the larger battery providing more for the loads. Those 272s and 280's are likely the exact same batteries anyway. Just labeled differently
