Communication Protocol: Growatt 5000es with Greensun Powerwall Battery

Need help. Installed 2 x Growatt 5000es in parallel with 2 x Greensun Powerwall 10kWh. Now getting Fault 04 and 20 meaning that the BMS of the batteries not communicating with the inverters. Can anyone help with Communication Protocol to use and what could be causing the faults?

Use USE2 instead of LIT and put in the data manually in menu point 12-14 and 21 I think.
Typically 54 bulk, 52 balancing and 47-48V cutoff f.ex. if that Greensun is LPO.

Issue resolved with Greensun help. The RS485 was wrongly labelled as RS232 on the batteries, so communication connection was not correct. Once corrected, the inverters have been communicating with the batteries. Monitoring will continue.
