Connecting 2 growatt spf 3000tl lvm-es together?

Good day, first of all, I want to thank this forum members to help me with my first baby steps on solar systems.
Here is my new question, If I buy another growatt spf 3000tl lvm-es and I connect them together, do they need to have the same solar panels voltage and current? or you can have different panels on each device?

I am asking because I bought a few used panels from Santan for my first equipment, 12 265w Jinko, I want to know if I can install the other growatt with 10 Jinko 400W?

So if you have 2 grow Watts 300 w one has one set of batteries and solar panels and the second one has different solar panels and batteries. Question will you have 220 volts to operate equipment?
