Connecting a diy lifepo4 battery

Hey connecting my new battery today and wondered what your thoughts are... I currently have two 5kw 100ah Eg4 48v batteries in parellel connected to one controller. Today I will be connecting my second 5000es to the system with my second array. Should I put this new diy built 280ah 48v lifepo4 battery in parellel with my EG4s or connect separately to the second controller to isolate it? Waiting on my t class fuse to arrive to put between the battery and all in one. Thoughts?

If the second 5000ES is running in parallel with the first, you MUST run them off the same battery.

Have you made precharge provisions for your DIY battery?

No need for pre-charge resistor, if you turn on the EG4's first. That's what I'm doing, in my current setup.

I was going on the fact that they already have two of them, that they are adding the diy battery to.
So, they don't have to do anything more than they already are.
