Connecting second charger to multiplus for Genset use.

Hi, on our boat we have 840ah @ 24v of LFP
2.5kw of solar
A 24v victron 5000/120amp multiplus
And a 7kva Genset for rainy days which this year have been numerous.

Taken offline several years ago is a 24v victron skylla 80amp charge only that I want to connect up to fully load the Genset when in use to be turned on manually when needed.
It has a standard 240v power point so is made to run off of the inverter

My question is.

 Do I simply follow pos and neg out of the multiplus down to where they connect into the system and connect the Skylla to the same posts?

Is there likely to be any issue with the Skylla not playing nice with the multiplus.

Generally multiple charging sources are not an issue. Best to connect direct to the battery or the main 24v bus. Yes the the connection is that simple and direct. If the DC connection is more than 12" to 18" don't forget the fuse close to the battery.
