I live in the south where summer temps get in the teens at times. How can I keep Sok battery cool. I have 1" Owens Corning foam. The V nose doesn't have room for battery storage, so the will be in uncooled space. Can I make a 2" foam enclosure with small 12v fan?

Soks site doesn't give high temp specs, so I had no idea this would be a problem. Worried that I should cancel order. This is a diy build of a 6x12 enclosed trailer. I am not strong enough (disabled senior) to move the batterie in/out once I set it up.

Please help ✌️

If you put your mind to it

I have cooling fans that come on at 25C/77F when the sun is shining. My shed gets around 50C/122F in summer. So far everything is still working, I'm kinda surprised my inverter still works (touch wood) :)

Define "cool." With only a fan you cannot get cooler than ambient air temperature. But, with enough insulation I suppose you could cool down the battery space at night when it is cooler, then seal it up during the day so the ambient air cannot heat it back up?
