custom made battery box for eve LF280K cells

Does anyone know if I can use this for the CATL 302AH cells also?
The EVE is 175*72*205 mm
The CATL is 207*72 * 174mm

The pole of the CATL is 11mm, and the height after welding the stud is 218mm.

Do you think it'll fit well in the Mason 280 box?

Also has anyone confirmed that it's possible to stack 4 of these boxes with on each other without harm to the bottom box over a long period?

I would email seplos directly and ask them. Seems like they are very close, might fit!

So bad news for me - i was "forced" to open the Alibaba & paypal cases as auto accept would have occured the follwing night. Seplos says the items were shipped, the plane landed mid last week in Belgium but the DPD tracking numbers are still inactive. So up to now, i have not a single proof of any shipment & package but payed in total 1350$ for shipment (450$ seafreight and then 900$ uplift to airfreight).

Yes, they are built to stack. Confirmation that you can stack up to 4, and parallel up to 16.

I was just informed last night that my mason kits shipped by boat, not express air freight (like the alibaba order shows). Have been waiting 2 months, and looks like another month until they show up. They did send me UPS labels last week, but they don't link to active shipments.

Seplos was worried about the 280 cells not fitting. They drew a distinction between eve 280 and 280k and 280N. The eve 280k with a height of 204-205mm is the preference. They dont care about the post or screw attachment type. The best thing to do it contact them directly.

My DPD tracking number started working yesterday. Seplos asked to stop my Alibaba claim - before i have the goods.
Today morning, the same, a screenshot from tracking, i should stop my cases ... without receiving them.
I did nothing, why should i ?

An hour ago the 5 boxes were delivered after 6 weeks air freight - maybe to the moon and back :) First look on the outside was "ok".

Opening ... and the way that it is build and packaged is just awful.
PCBs are fixed with 2 screws, the remaining holes are not used. Some screws are already rusty and the inner rails are bend including the PCBs. Busbars are flying around, .. it is packaged like "fire and forget".

First answer from Seplos:
"I will forward these pictures to the production line manager"
"please do the functional test to check any dam"

I will open all during the weekend .. but i dont expect something different in the other 4.

Just FYI - The screws which are rusty - you just discard, they are only temporary to hold the covers on for shipping. When you install the covers properly there is a bag of black hex driven screws you use.

I also gave them the same feedback about securing the busbars better because mine were loose in one of the cases.

This is only for shipping, you have to remove the BMS to install the thermal transfer pad and then re-install it using the supplied screws.

Ok, so the cutout is larger and I will find an adhesive sticker
There should be a sticker in the bag. You remove the plastic sheet protecting the lcd and install that - it has labels for the buttons so you know what they do. Then there are 4 button caps that go on those buttons.

okay, then this will reduce my negative mood to bend bars, pcbs and non fixed parts flying around. let's hope they will work flawless (feedback will need a few days)
