Cut-off remote loads (Europe)

I bought Victron MultiPlus || GX -3000-48
I’m now trying to figure out how to wire it to my apartment.
I have a washing machine sitting on the same wire as the gas boiler/heater (!). I’d add a separate line for the washer, but after the renovation has been done, I want to avoid the hassle of adding an extra wire across the apartment.

I’m thinking of this schema: Victron is always connected to the grid, but it’s bypassed, so the washer doesn’t overload AC_OUT1.
Also, I add 2 switches for the event of grid failure:
  1. a Bluetooth/radio switch sitting on the remote washer outlet (managed by Victron or smth in the apartment shield) to cut it off and back on after the grid is restored (so it’s never powered via Victron) [this one should trigger first].
  2. a switch (in the apartment shield) to switch the apartment from the grid to Victron AC_OUT1 and back to the grid (to bypass Victron so the washer can finish washing).
Please suggest if it’s good thinking and,
What relays should I check in Ukraine [so it doesn't charge me an arm and a leg]?

Thanks for your help
