Daly 24v 100Amp - need to replace balance cable/connector wires and having hard time finding the part number to order a couple...anyone have a part number or source? I ordered some but too big....searches not yielding what I need. I even tried Will Prowse site but didnt see it.

I’d be more curious as to the cause of that flash. I’d wager something more than a connector issue.

Agreed but everything checks out on battery side ... balancer shows everything is ideal so I can only assume the Daly has been doing its job. I suspect the cheap plastic connector may have had a short in it... pins look okay. I ordered more cables/plugs and hope something fits.

Looks like a generic JST connector to me, 2mm pitch based on some googling
Not sure tho if you need JT PH or JST EH

Daly 100a BMS Connector?????

This might be a more appropriate forum to post my ?......Lady friend played football with my newly built battery yesterday and destroyed the BMS balance connector/leads. I ordered what I thought was the correct 4S plug, JST-XH but too wide. I have Amazon Prime, so TG for the 1 day...

The balancer connector is FOR SURE
JST PH series.
As an example of what I bought for my 14S pack...
straight PCB pin header for 14S (= with 15 pins): B15B-PH-K-S
right angle PCB pin header for 14S (= with 15 pins): S15B-PH-K-S
300 mm AWG26 wires with crimped sockets on both ends: 01SPHSPH-26L-300
Housing for 15 crimped sockets: PHR-15

The DALY flat connector leading to the batteries is 2 mm pitch. With a 2 mm pin header I was able to connect it to the above mentioned socket. BUT the JST PH series socket does not fit into the DALY's BMS due to slightly bigger housing (PHR-xx). Maybe after slightly grinding off the edges it would fit.

The JST PH series fits for sure into other chinese active balancer boards.

Sorry to dig up an old thread here, but I am trying to figure this out as well as I have pretty much the same exact BMS, and right now it seems we only know what connectors are not used on the Daly 8S balance port.

It is not:
* JST-XH
* JST-PH

It sounds like it might be JST-EH, but I haven't found a post that confirms this information.

JST-EH seems to be fairly uncommon, so I am hoping it's something else. ?
