Daly 250a BMS UART port problem

Is there a workaround for the single UART port on the Daly 250a BT BMS? When I ordered the BMS, I assumed the Bluetooth was built into the board. But instead, it's got a dongle that plugs into the single UART. I also bought the 4.3" touch screen that also plugs into the UART. So it's one or the other. Would there be any additional UART's as solder pads? I guess even if there is, I don't even know if the firmware would support it. Thought I'd ask as I'm sure others have run into this.
