I have a Daly BMS that runs my 24 string 72v 100ah battery but cells are showing some funny numbers when I look in app and giving some faults hopefully someone here can point me in a direction since cart and battery dealers have no clue here is a screenshot of what I see any help appreciated

It looks like 14 out of 24 cells have completely anomalous values. Loose connections or short circuits between cell wiring (is there a lot of vibration or heat that could melt the insulation?), catastrophic failure of the PCB or voltage monitor chip. I would shut everything down and check each battery cell and voltage monitor wire individually to make sure none are damaged. If the cells and wiring are OK then its time to take the cover off the BMS and see if anything is fried inside.

Unlikely the cells are at those volts.
Would assume you've connected the BMS cell wires in a random order.
You did check the pins on the BMS loom step up, 0,3.5, 7, 10.5, 14, etc with a voltmeter before plugging the connector into the BMS didn't you?
