Daly BMS bluetooth connecting problem

Hi there,
just a quick question. I wired my Lifepo4 cells with Daly BMS 24V 60A - just for test (soldering is simple I know)
When I measured the XT90 connector it has only about 23V, but when I measure + and - directly on battery, it has 25,1V.
Also when I open on iOS Smart BMS app, nothing shows - I also tried in bluetooth setting in ios to search for device, but nothing.
I think that I heard that this newer versions of Daly BMS has these problems with bluetooth connetion.
Does anyone know what should I try?
