Hello
I bought Hyundai ionic 5 NMC battery.
I made packs,48v 13s each with daily BMS 48v 100a
Everything is working very well with the Growatt off-grid inverter, since we switched to the Hybrid onces big problem with charging.
Discharge below 42v and the inverter cant recognise the battery to charge it back,If BMS settings set up for max discharge 42v battery is switched off automatically.
Any idea how can I solve the problem? should I change BMS?

Thank you for your time.

13S * 3.0V = 39V - this is where your BMS should be set.

You must set the inverter to stop discharging at a voltage higher than the BMS cut-off. When you trigger BMS protection, the inverter can't see a battery attached anymore. It can't charge something it can't see. Your only option is to apply some sort of constant voltage source that doesn't care if a battery is present like a 60V/5A bench power supply, a Victron MPPT that can operate battery-less, etc.
