I just restarted my running Inverter and battery. But after restarting the battery having Daly bms shows error ' voltage collect dropped '. Any one have any idea why this is happened and what's the solution?

The 16 individual Cells are reading about 4.9V each on the attached screen shot which adds up to 78.4V.

I'm not aware of any commonly used battery chemistry with that high of a value. Even Li-NMC is considered to be 3.7V Nominal with excursions up to 4.2V. It appears the BMS is not reading correctly or is out of calibration. Not sure if Daly has a way to calibrate voltage but even if it does, one would not expect it to be this far off and would likely be out of the calibration offset range anyway.

Its time to get a multi-meter and check the actual cell voltages and wiring on the Daly BMS.

The charge and discharge control also disabled and not working.

Yes, Daly is a very good junk jard dog for protecting your cells/pack.
But recently (last year) i had to update some bmses...
I declined at first because there was in my opinion some privacy issues, but the program just said: acces denied.

Maybe a update?

Btw after my update all is working like a pack of junkyard dogs again, not one finger thru the mesh....
Paranoid as i am (roberment issues) i take one bt disc and connect it to the other one to read what is going on.
When a bms is working leave it alone.

But what was your RH%, i had some problems with that when the RH was condensing.
The bmses give some awkward readings, up til the point the condensing was over(temp difference over 7C in and out and a rh of 95%)

Maybe some to high and condensing moister in the air?
Or a blown up bms?

Ps i only have the "old" red bmses of them.

With best regards Igor
