Daly Smart BMS EEPROM Error

Hi, anyone else experiencing an EEPROM error on their Daly smart BMS? I had a 250amp version that showed an eeprom error right after we hooked it up. I have a 500amp version that has been installed for about 6 months and all of a sudden today shut off and now shows an eeprom error as well. Any way to fix these or reflash them?

I have the same issue where my bms says eeprom error through the mobile app and won't display any information. I also can't bring it up using pcmaster desktop app, which has worked in the past when I didn't have issues. Dead in the water at the moment.

Well I swapped the BMS with a new one and had it working for about a year now. Drove the van today and went to turn the lights on and they immediately shut off. Now BMS says EEPROM Error again. Seams like a common occurrence with the DALY Brand
