I have yet to see any teardown info on these batteries. I took a chance and ended up getting four of these batteries via ebay. As of November 2024 I picked up each battery for $133 with free shipping.

The cells are REPT brand cells. They're brand new with not a scratch on them. Theyre also compressed with a metal casing and wrapped in sticky fish paper that I also removed.

I don't particularly enjoy the two negative bolts for the battery out terminals but it's OK. The positive wire is 6 gauge silicone with an extra jacket which is nice to pull over the positive lug when disassembling.

One thing I encountered that is probably unique to myself that I've never encountered in my entire life. BE WARNED! When I was disassembling the batteries, I didn't get any splinters or cuts but ended up with a couple of decent sized blisters on the tips of my fingers almost like I touched something I'm allergic to or a chemical, I'm not sure. But the blisters disappeared within 10 minutes of leaving the batteries alone. So just keep that in mind.

No awful smells when taking the batteries apart also. I've seen other brands have terrible solvent smells and these thankfully don't have that.

Feel free to drop in any questions you might have and I'll do my best to answer. Overall super impressed with these batteries and I'm sure they will last a long time.

I'm pretty sure DC House and Eco-Worthy is either the same company or reselling the same company's batteries. They look identical inside and out.
I've seen EcoWorthy tear downs with pouch cells in them, I think on this site. I have 2 Eco-Worthy 24V 100AH and about to get another - not sure what cells are in them.

Nice!
I like the fact that the fiberboard has precise cutouts for everything. Someone actually took the time to design this battery and not just slap some cells together with some tape.

Seen this teardown on the dchouse battery on the tube a while back and says the are rebranded eco worthy units.

Does the DC House app show individual cell voltages, planning to buy some but trying to avoid any negative surprises.
Thanks Wayne

Yes they did, it worked great until I opened it and saw pouch... I bought them in 2022 so perhaps they improved them since then. I wish I didn't open it. It worked great and ignorance is bliss

Not sue if Eco-Worthy and/or DC House manufactures anything. May just be reselling an OEM.

This particular battery does not have bluetooth.
Q-Dog Thanks for the response, my bad for not giving more information or correct info. The DC House 48 volt 100 amp blue battery is listed on Amazon for $799 and states includes bluetooth panel and phone app. However from the illustrations I can't see any individual cell voltages whereas some of the other brand batteries illustrate the app showing the 16 cell voltages.
any further help and opinion with this will be appreciated.
I am going to try to attach a screen shot of the Amazon listing, I see it worked.
Thanks Wayne
