At this point you're screwed. Your not going to get any service from Novum, nor from Pylontech. The best you can do is spread the word not to deal with these scammers.
Sounds like more DIY is needed. Can you get the cable (USB?) to connect laptop to battery? Then you can find out what's wrong with the battery yourself.
