Deligreen BMS short circuit and over current protection?

Has anyone had there BMS actually shut off from over current or short circuit?
I decided to do some (what turned out to be) destructive testing. I intentionally shorted out a 120amp deli BMS to test if it would shut off like a battleborn does....it did not. Instead it started smoking almost instantly. I then swapped to a 60amp BMS and pulled 70amp through it for a min or 2 and it also didn't shut off even though it lists over current and short circuit protection.

Anyone else?

Quick update....further tested the 60amp unit. Pulled an 80amp load for several minutes with no overcurrent disconnect. I also surged it (for 30-45seconds) up to 155amps, still no overcurrent disconnect. kind of disappointed that they list over current protection but they dont actually have it until the smoke comes out.
