Design question for Growatt 5000 ES

Hi,
I just purchased a Growatt SPF 5000ES to build a simple 48V system (in Greece, Europe).
I am wondering what PVs I should use.
I would like to use the Max PV Array power (6000W).
I have found these Amerisolar AS-8M120-HC (600W each) and I was thinking of putting 10 in series.
This will be my first system but I have been reading this forum for years.
Do you guys foresee any issues with these panels in terms of compatibility?
Also, @sunshine_eggo (or anyone who can answer) what about the 18V MAX PV input current limit, do you think I will have a problem with reaching that limit?
Thank you all in advance

With 10 in series (416VDCoc, 17.3 Impp) you’ll be on the edge of the 5000es PV input both VDCoc and Impp with no margin for cold sunny days. That said, I see no issue.

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it.
In my area even during winter it rarely goes below 28F so for the VDCoc I think I will be ok according to the calc (using 22F).
I am not even sure if this calc is meant for these calculations.
How does Impp gets affected by the temp?
Will it increase more than 18A?
If I am disconnecting a panel during winter ,I would be ok right?
